A Trademark Comprehensive Study in Vietnam consists of an initial evaluation and analysis of your trademark by a qualified professional. After evaluating, you will receive a summary of any possibly conflicting trademarks or intellectual property issues in Vietnam that may prevent your Vietnam Trademark Registration request from being approved. While not required, we highly recommend that you complete the Vietnam Trademark Comprehensive Study before beginning your Vietnam Trademark Registration Request.

Additional documentation required to submit a trademark registration request includes: Company without company seal, simply signed Power of Attorney and notarized.
